1. How to cancel
Fill in the form on this page and confirm in the second step. That is all — you do not need to sign in and you do not need to give a reason. We send the confirmation to the address you enter immediately by email, repeating when we received it and when the contract ends.
For an unambiguously matched monthly contract, ordinary cancellation is initiated with the payment provider at the end of the current period. Requests for a different date, termination for cause or an existing consumer annual contract receive an individual review of the applicable end date. Your declaration is received when it reaches us. Subscriptions purchased through Link can also be managed at link.com.
If you are signed in when you send the form and enter the address of your account, we end the subscription with our payment provider directly at the end of the current period and name the date on the receipt. A subscription bought through Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe service) can also be cancelled at link.com.
2. When cancellation takes effect
An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no notice period. Until then you keep full access; afterwards your projects stay readable and exportable until the account is closed at your request.
An extraordinary cancellation for cause takes effect at the date you state, once the cause exists. Please describe the cause in the form so that we can assess it.
3. What to have ready
The email address of your account is enough. Further details — plan, workspace id or invoice number — help us match the contract but are not a condition. We do not require a sign-in, a password or a reason for the cancellation.
